Refund policy

Cancellations 

You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund. However, due to a high volume of automated bot purchases and associated admin fees, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Returns section below.

By placing an order, you agree to this cancellation fee. This policy is in place to discourage non-genuine orders and to cover transaction and handling costs incurred when processing cancellations.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If your order qualifies under the 14-day cooling-off period and you return the item in the required condition, you are entitled to a full refund (minus any direct costs of return delivery if applicable).

 

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must first contact us at Clerics@rollplaygames.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at clerics@rollplaygames.co.uk and send your item to:

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping 

To return your product, you you must first contact us at Clerics@rollplaygames.co.uk for the return address and instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included unless legally required.

We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Roll Play Games can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
