Shipping policy

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

We will continue to dispatch orders as normal for Christmas as long as your order is placed by Friday 18th December 2025 at 2:00pm.

Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the New Year, due to reduced delivery services over this period and the shutdown of operations at Roll Play Games for the holidays.

DELIVERY

We offer a range of different delivery options to meet your satisfaction. Please note that we currently do NOT ship internationally, outside of the UK - any international details stated below are for comparison purposes only until further notice.

DISPATCH

We aim to get all orders made before 10am (GMT) on a working day dispatched in the same day unless stated otherwise on the product page or via announcements and notifications on the site. Orders after 10am (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow an additional day for courier deliveries. This is subject to change during busy periods. 

UK MAINLAND

Delivery services available may depend on the size and weight of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Provides you with confirmation of delivery. Aims to arrive in 1-2 working days. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Provides you with confirmation of delivery. Aims to arrive in 2-3 working days. 

INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE)

Royal Mail International (Tracked) - you'll receive a tracking number to follow your purchase. Aims to arrive in 3-5 working days* (quoted from Royal Mail)

Please note a courier service may be used depending on the size of your order. Aims to arrive in 3-5 working days. Please note: delays may apply due to Brexit & customs delays.

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)

Royal Mail International (Tracked) - you'll receive a tracking number to follow your purchase. Aims to arrive in 5-7 working days* (quoted from Royal Mail)

*Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address or failure to pay, for example) any charges incurred by RollPlayGames.co.uk in shipping/recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
